Are you trying to improve an area of your life? Are you focused on your health, relationships, career, finances or spiritual development?

Do you find you are always putting in so much effort into your goals but feel like you never get anywhere?

Or do you feel so overwhelmed by what you need to do, that you never even get started?

These are all common blocks to achieving goals but they can also be linked to imbalances in our energy – in our body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Are you ready to feel more motivated, inspired and truly believe you can have what you want?

Join me for a free 5 day container embracing the seasons of the Five Elements to understand more about yourself when it comes to achieving your goals.

The Five Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine are: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal. Each element is associated with a season – Winter, Spring, Summer, Late Summer and Autumn. Each season has a rhythm to our energy in life.

I will guide you through each of the Five Elements and their seasons. We will dive into the emotions associated with each element, the mindsets that are linked with each season and how they affect your motivation.

How will it work?

The free 5 day container begins on 7 February 2024.

You will receive videos into your inbox each day exploring the rhythms of the Five Elements.

You’ll also get a link to download my free workbook. Here’s a little sneak peek of what’s inside.

The free 5 day container begins on 7 February 2024.

Each day a short video will be released explaining each of the Five Elements and their seasons. I will guide you through the journal prompts exploring the emotions and blocks associated with each element. This will help you understand your patterns as well as your strengths.

Each day will also have a short sound healing using the meridian tuning forks related to each element. This sound healing will help you clear blocks and balance your energy to help you align with your goals.

Day One – we start with an introduction to the Five Elements and then we’ll dive into the Water element. This is the winter time – a time of creating goals.

Day Two – Wood element / Spring time – a time of nurturing your goals.

Day Three – Fire element / Summer time – the time to reap the rewards of your goal.

Day Four – Earth element / Late Summer – a time of valuing your achievements.
