During this series of free masterclasses I will help you understand your nervous system and how to free it from conditioning. You may feel you resonate more with one response in particular or you may realise different situations and people trigger different responses in you. I highly suggest you watch them all to liberate yourself from all that is keeping you stuck in different levels of fear states.

Each of these free masterclasses will go through a summary of each nervous system response before I facilitate a quantum healing to clear the blocks and programming at play. It is best if you set aside time so you can be fully present for the energy work. You may feel the energy work as it is happening or you just may feel calm and relaxed and lighter at the end of it. With all energy work it is recommended you stay hydrated and rest as needed.

People pleasing is your nervous system going into fawn mode. This means that you give people what they want and put their needs and wants ahead of your own out of fear of confrontation or disappointment.

You live your life in boxes of what people expect from you and feel too scared to break out of the box.

Anger is your nervous system going into fight mode. You feel like you’re under attack and need to defend yourself or hold grudges and blame others. You may even turn the anger inward and be stuck in all or nothing loops criticising yourself. Healthy anger is there to tell you when your boundaries have been pushed.
